Wairere Falls is set amongst the beautiful bush of the Kaimai Ranges and drop over the Okauia Fault in two stages. The two sections of the walk through groves of native trees provide spectacular views of the falls and the district. To get to the first lookout takes about 45 minutes, and to get to the top takes another 45 minutes.
